Excellent repair service at fair prices. Customer is kept informed every step of the way as to what needs to be done and costs of repairs. Customers are first told of what needs to be done and if they agree to the repairs. Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have taken my 2008 C30 to Keystone Volvo for service since purchasing my car from them. I have always been satisfied with the work and prices.
No pressure, no hype is their motto and they mean it. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not an ounce of pressure, they held the car for me until I was finished all of the test drives I had scheduled for the day and I ended up purchasing it. I got a fantastic deal on a fantastic car. Great service. I had a fly tire requiring a new tire. I was out of town and it was a Sunday when everyone was closed. Keystone got me in their service first thing on Monday and did the repair. Very appreciative. High level of professionalism and friendliness. Thanks
