I had tire blow out on a Saturday afternoon had my car towed to the dealer. Tiffany my service rep was so caring and attentive. Additionally, I reached out to my sales rep for another car I purchased from Northside, DeLawrence ensure me they will make it a priority to get me back on the road. I received call Monday morning my car was being serviced. By 10am my vehicle was complete and Uber was on the way to bring me to my vehicle. The customer service was top notch. I will be taking both vehicles going forward for service at Northside Imports. Fantastic sales and service team from top to bottom.
