2014 Honda Civic EX-L CVT

I'm writing this review to show how thankful the staff/team members in this location are and to provide an objective evaluation of the service I had in this dealership. I had an oil change and multi-point inspection done. The dealership staff/team was transparent and explained everything to me upfront, including the estimated cost. They did not push for unnecessary services, and everything was done professionally. The staff was pleasant/professional and addressed all my needs. I felt respected, and they listened to my concerns, and questions were asked and addressed promptly. In addition, I was under the influence, and another dealership fixed a recall. It turned out that needed to be corrected. The staff went above and beyond and fixed that for me within the service time frame at no charge. In conclusion, if you are in this area, Paul Moak Honda is the place to consider.

I went to get my oil changed and the service and atmosphere was great! I anticipated waiting for at least two hours because of the number of people but I was pleasantly surprised that it only took an hour. I highly recommend Paul Moak Honda for all your automobile needs.
