I'm writing this review to show how thankful the staff/team members in this location are and to provide an objective evaluation of the service I had in this dealership. I had an oil change and multi-point inspection done. The dealership staff/team was transparent and explained everything to me upfront, including the estimated cost. They did not push for unnecessary services, and everything was done professionally. The staff was pleasant/professional and addressed all my needs. I felt respected, and they listened to my concerns, and questions were asked and addressed promptly. In addition, I was under the influence, and another dealership fixed a recall. It turned out that needed to be corrected. The staff went above and beyond and fixed that for me within the service time frame at no charge.
In conclusion, if you are in this area, Paul Moak Honda is the place to consider.

I went to get my oil changed and the service and atmosphere was great!  I anticipated waiting for at least two hours because of the number of people but I was pleasantly surprised that it only took an hour.  I highly recommend Paul Moak Honda for all your automobile needs.

My first time at Paul Moak Honda was a pleasant one. My car needed servicing with an issue I was having and Ms Samantha Creel , Service Advisor, helped get my car repaired. Ms Creel was very polite and helpful and assigned a car loaner for me to drive once I found out my car had to stay for repairs. Tech, Rocky Clack, came out to inform me what was going on with my vehicle and was very polite about it. The customer service and staff were polite and professional, Thank you Ms Creel and Mr Clack for your service and repairing my car.
