exceptional service start to finish from my first conversation by phone with the service person who took my call and who scheduled my appointment to the appointment itself. i felt i was treated the way a customer needs to treated: with unfailing attention and respect; my car’s technical problem was fixed while i enjoyed excellent coffee and snacks (free of charge) in a clean and comfortable waiting room. problem solved, and this crew made sure there was not a moment of unpleasantness.

Had an absolutely wonderful time purchasing a used car with Cherise. I had a million questions (first time using a dealership) so all her clarifications were very helpful. During the process we realized I had an issue with my name on my insurance card. I definitely got nervous, but she was always reassuring and helped me get the right people to fix the problem. I was super thankful for the prompt updates with the process as it went through credit checks/finance. Absolutely loving the Kia Soul and can’t wait to have many years with it. Highly recommended!
