First of all, thanks Alex (our salesman) for making the best experience for my wife and I. He made it smooth, knowledgeable on the vehicle, and if he doesn’t know then he will get you that answer. Nate the Manager is a great guy willing to help in any way he can. These guys cleaned the car, honored repairs on the vehicle when I noticed a couple of things, and made sure we were happy in the end. This is the first dealership that didn’t try to use predatory tactics to try and scam me. Came in got treated with respect even though my credit wasn’t the best. Provided clear and honest numbers on the vehicle, we got a fair deal done fast. Wish I brought all of my cars from here. Looking forward to doing business with them again. The team at this dealership is some of the most impressionable, lovable, thoughtful, caring, and hardworking group of people I've ever came across. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! When you first walk in, don't let their stares intimidate you. They all mean well and are just curious and very eager to see who their next lucky customer will be. My situation was an interesting one, to say the least, but everyone there help made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. As long as this team is here at Bristol Auto Mall, I don't think I'll go anywhere else to buy a pre-owned car. And big shootout to Q, Nate, and Jim. These guys are the pillars of this establishment and they're willing to put their lives on the line in order to get you what you need.
