UPDATE: I admit, after reading the reviews about how “terrible” the service department was here, I was extremely nervous about how this situation would be handled. However, I am very impressed with how they resolved this issue. They paid to have my car towed to them, kept us updated throughout the entire repair, and even drove the car all the way back to my house once it was completed. Also, they filled up my tank on the way!! They definitely turned this into a positive service experience for me. So, thank you! Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I haven’t even had this car for a year yet. Took it in for an oil change yesterday. Noticed on my way home today my car was driving really weird. Not wanting to accelerate. Got home and realized there was smoke coming from my hood and an awful burning smell. Popped the hood and see oil EVERYWHERE. Coating my entire engine, all over the hood, dripping down the side of my car, leaking into the driveway. Noticed the dipstick wasn’t even put in all the way. Tried to call service but apparently they were closed for the day. So now I have to pay god knows how much to get it towed 60 miles there because I’m not driving that far with a smoking engine and accelerating problems. I have a 2 month old and a 2 year old that was in the car with me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do you not quality control cars before they leave your shop to make sure these things don’t happen?! You rotated my tires too so should I be worried that the lug nuts are loose as well? Who’s to say what all wasn’t fully tightened or completed. Very disappointed. Hoping when I speak to service manager tomorrow this will be handled properly.
