UPDATE: I admit, after reading the reviews about how “terrible” the service department was here, I was extremely nervous about how this situation would be handled. However, I am very impressed with how they resolved this issue. They paid to have my car towed to them, kept us updated throughout the entire repair, and even drove the car all the way back to my house once it was completed. Also, they filled up my tank on the way!! They definitely turned this into a positive service experience for me. So, thank you!

Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I haven’t even had this car for a year yet.  Took it in for an oil change yesterday. Noticed on my way home today my car was driving really weird. Not wanting to accelerate. Got home and realized there was smoke coming from my hood and an awful burning smell. Popped the hood and see oil EVERYWHERE. Coating my entire engine, all over the hood, dripping down the side of my car, leaking into the driveway. Noticed the dipstick wasn’t even put in all the way. Tried to call service but apparently they were closed for the day. So now I have to pay god knows how much to get it towed 60 miles there because I’m not driving that far with a smoking engine and accelerating problems. I have a 2 month old and a 2 year old that was in the car with me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do you not quality control cars before they leave your shop to make sure these things don’t happen?!  You rotated my tires too so should I be worried that the lug nuts are loose as well? Who’s to say what all wasn’t fully tightened or completed. Very disappointed. Hoping when I speak to service manager tomorrow this will be handled properly.

I had a fantastic experience working with Alan A. at the Kia dealership! From the start, he was super friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. What stood out the most about Alan A., unlike previous dealers I had worked with— Alan wasn’t afraid to challenge absurd requests. He went above and beyond making things work, and I really appreciated his efforts.

Andrea (Andi) was great to work with. She had everything ready to go for me to leave in my new Kia Carnival. She gave an excellent tour of the new features (I had an older Kia) and went over everything thoroughly. She made sure I got the best deal and honored a price that was on the internet. I’m walking away feeling excellent about my new purchase and the years to come on the investment. She also had a lot of grace with me as I had my two young toddlers with me and let me know they were acting so great even though to me they were out of control. She helped me get out of my 2022 Telluride and into my dream car 2025 Carnival at record speed and made sure I was ok with everything in the process. She continued to check in with me throughout my time at Kia of Napleton to make sure myself and my kids were accommodated with anything and everything she could give us.
