Scotty, Annette, and Kyle were absolutely wonderful!! The entire staff at Arrowhead Lexus provided excellent customer service. They were patient and not pushy. I appreciated that. There is a small Cafe with a menu inclusive of sandwiches, chips, cookies, soda, water, and coffee all complimentary. I also have to commend Annette, the finance manager, on her extreme patience and professionalism while we went thru my financial numbers. Kyle, the technology specialist, provided me with a crash course in learning all of the features of my new car. I am happy to ha e purchased my car thru Arrowhead. And they topped it off with a beautiful, big, red bow!! I would definitely recommend this dealership and their staff!
