Scotty, Annette, and Kyle were absolutely wonderful!! The entire staff at Arrowhead Lexus provided excellent customer service. They were patient and not pushy. I appreciated that. There is a small Cafe with a menu inclusive of sandwiches, chips, cookies, soda, water, and coffee all complimentary.  I also have to commend Annette,  the finance manager, on her extreme patience and professionalism while we went thru my financial numbers. Kyle, the technology specialist, provided me with a crash course in learning all of the features of my new car. I am happy to ha e purchased my car thru Arrowhead.  And they topped it off with a beautiful, big, red bow!! I would definitely recommend this dealership and their staff!

It is the first time I have purchased a vehicle out of state. Needless to say I was very anxious not knowing what I was getting myself into. However, I wanted a Lexus ES350 in a specific color and trim that I wasn't able to find one close to home. So I took a chance and contacted Arrowhead Lexus in Arizona. My experience with Arrowhead Lexus was amazing. Having tried other luxury brands, I finally decided to give Lexus a shot. I fell in love with the 2023 RX as it felt like a perfect fit for my family as a second vehicle. The journey began during the Memorial Day weekend when I met Ali for the first time and discussed the vehicle of my preference. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions politely, which is a unique quality for a car salesperson (from my past experience). From that day onwards, Ali stayed in constant touch with me and provided updates on the inventory. The Palomino Interior with White Exterior was in high demand, so only a few vehicles were in the inventory. Finally, he found a vehicle that was under production and helped me secure it with a deposit. He went above and beyond with his team to get me the vehicle of my choice and stayed on top of things until the vehicle was delivered.

The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free, from start to finish, all thanks to one person: Ali Zaidi. I never felt he was pushy even once during the whole time.

On November 29, 2023 my wife and I got a call from Amy Dudley of Arrowhead Lexus informing us that the RX 350h that we had ordered in the middle of June had arrived.

Having now driven the car for four months, I can say without reservation that I am incredibly impressed with the engineering of this car. Because my wife and I are in our 70s, I had asked her to find the car that had the best safety features combined with the greatest reliability. This car truly does have an amazing array of safety features which you can and should read about on the Lexus website if you are considering a new car. It also has many gentle warning sounds to let you know what you need to pay precise attention to, and I find them all very useful. My personal favorite feature of the car is the 360° camera view that appears on the 14 inch screen to let me know exactly how close any part of the car is getting to any barrier. It helps me to park at the greatest possible distance away from other car doors to guard against the car getting dings by other cars that seem almost invariably to happen.

From the first day we met Amy at Arrowhead Lexus, we had very amicable and easy dealings while trying to purchase a car.  She did in fact try to find the car we wanted with the specific color my wife had chosen, but nothing that fit our specific preferences came available. Then in June it became possible to order the specific car we wanted and we did.

The whole process of buying the car from Arrowhead, all of our dealings with Amy as well as all the procedures in picking up the car were the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever participated in. And there have been a few of those simply due to my advanced age. The bottom line is that I highly recommend our specific type of Lexus automobile as well as any Lexus product whatsoever simply due to their incredible safety features and precise engineering.  Amy Dudley is also a product specialist with whom I would very much recommend working.
