Mark, and Kenneth were great to work with. My car needed a new transmission and the first one they put in was not good. I had to return a month later and they put another transmission in for me without charging me! Now my car runs great! I highly recommend them.

I am incredibly pleased with the service from Brockman automotive! My car broke down 2.5 hours from home leaving me in a difficult situation. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Brockman automotive when trying to figure out what to do. I was able to tow my car to Brockman after hours and leave the key in a secure Dropbox. They were able to start on my vehicle first thing in the morning and had the car ready the same day, with great communication throughout the day. A difficult situation was made relatively painless thanks to Brockman. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you about the amazing customer service provided by Brockman Automotive. They really took care of our vehicle and got us back on the road in a timely fashion. Their kindness from the time I walked in the door is unmatched. Trying to find an honest shop to help service your vehicle is a long shot these days but these guys really helped me in any way they could. Even the owner made sure I made it to work on time when I had no one else to help me. They also offered helpful tips to keep my vehicle running in the future and answered every single one of my questions. I am thankful I just so happened to stumble across them.
