Incredible service for a returning customer! This is my second time buying a car at Safford Brown Volkswagen and, honestly, they are the main reason why I hope to stay in the VW family forever. I worked with Peter to find my perfect car! I knew I wanted something upgraded and different from my Jetta, just didn’t know exactly what. He was able to understand my needs and get me into a brand new Tiguan with an incredible deal! He walked me through the entire process easily and answered all of my questions through text quickly and accurately. Quincy in finance did not try to haggle or bait and switch me. He helped me to make the best buying decision that was right for me. Financing was a BREEZE and super quick. The team here is stellar! Destiny was top notch. I brought my car in for service, but it needed a good amount of work. Destiny showed my wife and I a couple different Atlas models per the options we wanted and settled on one. Unfortunately, the car we looked at sold over the weekend while we were out of town but that didn’t stop her. Destiny got with her team and found another car identical to the one we looked at and brought it in. Everyone at Safford that we interacted with was fantastic, from the sales and the management team, to finance. I’ve only purchased a few cars, but our experience at Safford was the best one so far. Kudos to the whole team!

Made my second purchase 2 days ago from this location. I would love to shout out Peter my salesman. He was amazing. He was patient, kind very thorough and he has so much knowledge. The transfer from my old vehicle to this one was so smooth without any hiccups. The manager of the location Chris is the best!!!!! He listens to his customers and returns phone calls even after his hours. He also is great in following up if you have any questions or concerns. If you're looking to buy a VW I highly recommend this location and ask for Peter in sales and tell him that I recommended you. Safe driving
