I first met Rashied Rayford on the phone. His manner was so professional that I could not cut the call short. His idea about trading in my Honda CRV was very appealing because I had originally wanted a different color but the dealer in NJ where I was living had a real issue with inventory. So I made an appointment with Rashied and the rest is history with a happy ending!! Head so pleasant and informative and most importantly really listened to what was most important to me.
