I first met Rashied Rayford on the phone. His manner was so professional that I could not cut the call short. His idea about trading in my Honda CRV was very appealing because I had originally wanted a different color but the dealer in NJ where I was living had a real issue with inventory. So I made an appointment with Rashied and the rest is history with a happy ending!! Head so pleasant and informative and most importantly really listened to what was most important to me. He answered all my questions, we test drove the car I had always wanted and he worked diligently to put a very attractive package together for me! This story has a happy ending! I drove my new car home! Rashied is my go to guy for any questions about my new car. So much new and improved features on a 2024 vehicle vs a 2022!! I already know how great the Service Team is since I had brought my 2022 car for regular maintenance. I also remembered and enjoyed the customer cafe! Went by a few days ago to check out a truck that they had on the lot, and even though I wasn't able to purchase said vehicle, I wanted to say that I had an absolutely amazing experience! Brook, my salesperson, was absolutely amazing in walking me through everything, showing me all the details and history behind the vehicle, and was extremely patient with me through the entire process. The managers I spoke to, Heath and Craig, were also very patient and understanding, but kept a positive position throughout the entire time, and all 3 even gave me some very helpful advice moving forward so that I can look into purchasing another vehicle soon!
