My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with the team here at Redwood City Nissan & Infiniti. We originally came to see a Volvo V60 wagon that we found on CarGurus. Francisco, the Sales Rep., was very patient and kind with us and answered all of our questions. A week later, after continuing our search, we decided to schedule a test drive and also have my wife's vehicle appraised should we decide to move forward with the purchase. We both liked the vehicle and more importantly, my wife felt safe and very comfortable in it. The appraisal was fair and in the end, the numbers made sense to us so we decided to purchase the vehicle. Both Francisco and Seth (GM) were easy to work with, patient with us as we made our decision, and not pushy at all as some dealership personnel tend to be. The quality of pre-owned vehicles they have on their lot are definitely worth a look so I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from them.
