I had a recall, therefore I took my car in. Not only was the issue addressed promptly, however I didn't expect to be offered to have the car washed and cleaned both in and out, this of which was done free of charge.
Lastly I missed my 10am appointment, however when I rang in at 10:45am to see if I could still bring my car in, I was glad when I was told I can take it in by 11am that morning.

Bottom line Daniel was very helpful in making my visit pleasant - eg move my time up; inform me every so often of what state my car was at etc.

Will stick with you guys for future service.
