I came in with a 2015 Yukon XL that had some AC leak issues. They assured it me they’d find the problem and fix it making me feel very confident about the process. They offered me a ride home while I was waiting. I loved how informative the video of the inspection they made was. To hear it over the phone is one thing, but to actually see them pinpoint problems with video evidence made the process seem more thorough. They identified the AC leak immediately and also identified an oil cooler and transmission cooler line leak. They called my warranty company and got them to pay for everything minus my deductible.They got all my work done within one day, and even offered me a ride to the dealership from home! Overall, superior performance from start to finish. These guys know what they’re doing! Made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning to the end. I will definitely be returning for service and maintenance.
