Outstanding customer service! I've been buying cars for 50 years and this was the easiest, timely and most satisfying experience I've had. We did 75% of this transaction over social media and what was discussed is exactly what was presented when we arrived at the dealership - 100% transparent, truthful and honest. The service department performed a good amount of work to my jeep and through the process they kept me well informed. A couple weeks later I had an issue and called in. Without hesitation “Shelby” went above and beyond to make things right. I would absolutely recommend their service department to anyone as they stand behind their work. I have not yet dealt with sales but if they’re anything like service I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them.
