The service department performed a good amount of work to my jeep and through the process they kept me well informed. A couple weeks later I had an issue and called in. I can't put into words the customer service I received when my car was having some issues. Shelby went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of with zero inconvenience to me. He sent his guys out when it was freezing rain and ice and made sure I was good to go. Robert and Ryan were the auto techs that came out and they were very informative and let me know what the issues were. I have been going to Taylor's for a lil over a year and I don't plan to go anywhere else because you just don't find customer service like this much anymore.
