So impressed with the entire experience with the service department as well as the management team. Had a recall issue with my VW , it was initially fixed and then there was an issue with the service ( was not fixed ) . Had to have car towed to service due to issue with original recall. The service department was extremely helpful and completely owned up to the issue !!!
