So impressed with the entire experience with the service department as well as the management team. Had a recall issue with my VW , it was initially fixed and then there was an issue with the service  ( was not fixed ) . Had to have car towed to service due to issue with original recall. The service department was extremely helpful and completely owned up to the issue !!! So refreshing to speak with people who obviously take pride in their work and were open and honest about their service. I highly recommend VW Orlando South - honest open and trustworthy!!!!!! Awesome people

Got help from Tom today in the service department and he was awesome! Told him what I was planning on doing with my vehicle and he gave me a great personal opinion treating a customer as family! (Especially not knowing much about cars) Another reason why I’ve leased so many Volkswagen’s because of the great people they bring to their teams!

I've always great service and help when it comes to any questions or issues with my Atlas. The other day, my coolant light came on and it was the first time and I wasn't sure how to open it. I drove to the VW South, where I was greeted by the GM and Service Department. Tom happily helped me and showed me how to properly open and fill the coolant tank. Sometimes it's the small things that shows care, especially after the purchase of a car that stand.

Great service today from Tom Kaucic here for us. We called near the end of the day, explained we were here on vacation from Canada, we needed a service before starting our trip home. He had us in the next morning at 9am, done and out the door in a very reasonable amount of time.
