I'm From Upstate, NY. Found a 2016 Chevy Trax online at the right price at Drive Auto Sales in Bay Shore, NY on Long Island. I dealt with a gentleman named Rafi and drove down to buy the car and drive it back to Upstate. Everything seemed normal, except the tire pressure monitor system was on when I left and when I got home I noticed a nail in the front tire. In addition, after visiting my local service center upon arriving home, there was a very small crank in an engine part called the "water outlet". I have purchased many cars from outside of my area and this sort of thing is very common when buying a used car, you get home and there may be a few tweaks that need to be addressed. The reason I wanted to write this review is because some dealers "walk away" after the car drives off the lot and stiffs you with any problems. Not these guys, they stood behind the car I purchased and worked through the small issues with me to get it right and I wanted to write this review to say thank you to them and to let anyone else know that Rafi and his dealership is a stand-up operation. I would buy again with confidence from them. Seems more and more rare nowadays that people are true to their word, these guys were great. Very happy with the car I ended up with and hope to get many years out of it.

I don’t have the best credit in the world and I was afraid that I would never be able to finance a car. I went to several car dealerships on the island and felt pressured and uncomfortable the entire time. I came across this place while doing some research and decided to give it a shot. I applied for finance and got approved the next day. Rafi worked with me and handled all my documents he answered all my questions through phone and text. The customer service is 5 out of 5 stars. 0 pressure from this ma&pa car dealership. I got the car I wanted and am suuuuper happy with everything! I look forward to being a forever loyal customer!
