We had excellent customer service and support from Loyalty Cadillac, specifically from our Service Advisor, Kirk Tajirian and his awesome mechanics. He kept us updated during the extended period my car was there due to Holidays, waiting on insurance company to appraise and to approve work, the ordering many parts all due to a small collision but quite damaging to our electrical system. We have our car back now and are very pleased with the work.
