2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

I have to commend the dealership, and their service department management team. They have made some changes, and some very positive changes I might add. The service team is growing and being developed to understand what Customer Service means. I was greeted with a smile, everything that was done to my car was explained, and this last oil change was an overall good experience. I like to see businesses, take their customer feedback, seriously, and act on it. Very impressive, and please keep up the good work. One of the most honest and outright salesmen I’ve ever met.
