I have to commend the dealership, and their service department management team. They have made some changes, and some very positive changes I might add.
The service team is growing and being developed to understand what Customer Service means. I was greeted with a smile, everything that was done to my car was explained, and this last oil change was an overall good experience.
I like to see businesses, take their customer feedback, seriously, and act on it. Very impressive, and please keep up the good work.

I could not recommend these guys enough. Smoothest process I’ve ever had buying any vehicle by far. Glenn Mosely is the best at what he does. One of the most honest and outright salesmen I’ve ever met. From salesmen to GM to finance Manager everyone was very pleasant to work with and even had some stuff to iron out in service that was taken care of immediately without a second thought. I had my truck in the shop back in March for a dash replacement and they did a good job. The day before I was to pick it up they had a few issues to work through and I had an appointment with another shop to get the rear end grease changed. I had mentioned that to the service manager and he said he could match or beat the price I was going to pay elsewhere. I told him that if he could do that then I would let them do it but I wanted the rear end cover taken off and the inside cleaned and not just a drain and refill. He said that would be fine and he would make sure it was done. Well stupid me I didn’t check it when I picked it up and this past weekend I had to get underneath the truck to check the torque on my fifth wheel hitch. Doing so I noticed that all of the factory undercoating that was on a few bolts on the rear end was still there and there is no possible way to get the case off without removing the coating. I will take this as a learning experience but I don’t understand why people promise to do things and do it correctly and they cut corners to grab your money and run. I am not saying I won’t take my truck back to them but I can tell you this, they won’t get another dime of my money, if it goes back it will be a warranty claim only.

****After reaching out to Johnnie and having a conversation about the issue he was eager to make it right. I am in customer service myself and getting your mistakes corrected and having to endure the consequences isn’t easy. Johnnie and Chris were quick to get my truck serviced correctly and even took me to the truck when the rear end cover was taken off to show me the process. Thanks guys and thanks for taking the time to see this through.
