I came back to Towbin Kia to get my green 2016 Kia appraised. I got this car back in 2020 with Nick and have enjoyed every bit of it until 2023. Unfortunately, due to the world and my neighborhood I had been experiencing break-ins and attempted thefts so I figured it was time for something new. I called into Towbin Kia and spoke to Josh M. on the phone and asked what my options are. He recommended I come in and get it appraised so I waited until Black Friday to do so. Upon arriving I asked for Josh and got acquainted with Josh Masters. I had test driven a fiat that was in my price range and desired look and features and was sold! Upon reviewing my credit I was not a suitable candidate to get that Fiat BUT that did not stop Josh and Nick from getting me into a new vehicle today. From start to finish, my experience here was amazing. My first point of contact was Natalie, and she was very helpful and determined to find us (my wife and I) the right car. She then set me up with bryan and promised I was in great hands.
