I came back to Towbin Kia to get my green 2016 Kia appraised. I got this car back in 2020 with Nick and have enjoyed every bit of it until 2023. Unfortunately, due to the world and my neighborhood I had been experiencing break-ins and attempted thefts so I figured it was time for something new. I called into Towbin Kia and spoke to Josh M. on the phone and asked what my options are. He recommended I come in and get it appraised so I waited until Black Friday to do so. Upon arriving I asked for Josh and got acquainted with Josh Masters. I had test driven a fiat that was in my price range and desired look and features and was sold! Upon reviewing my credit I was not a suitable candidate to get that Fiat BUT that did not stop Josh and Nick from getting me into a new vehicle today. They worked with my credit and the banks to ensure the best approval and outcome while still keeping within my budget and desires. I walked out with a 2018 Jeep under 25k miles and a reasonable car payment with an exceptional appraisal price! I couldn’t believe it. I knew the Towbin Kia family would take care of me which is why I continue to bring my business to them. Thanks again gentlemen ????

From start to finish, my experience here was amazing. My first point of contact was Natalie, and she was very helpful and determined to find us (my wife and I) the right car. She then set me up with bryan and promised I was in great hands. Well, she was right, Bryan was so knowledgeable on the car we got and explained to us how the financing and trading worked ( I was trading in my old vehicle). in the most simple way We had great conversations while waiting for financing to go through no awkward sitting around, and the whole process was quick given that it was the day after Christmas. I truly believe they are in it for helping others, you're not just another sale to them, they take their time and make sure everything is a good fit and ultimately is safe to say that I was helped by professionals with a passion not just to sell you a car but to make your overall experience delightful!Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience.

I recently went in to Towbin to explore the option of buying a new car.  My Kia Forte was turning 13 years old and it was getting to be time for a new one.  I really just wanted to see what they had to offer and had no plans of buying that day.  The experience I had was so far above and beyond great that I ended up with a brand new car.  First, I wasn’t hounded while I looked over the whole lot.  The concierge asked me if I had any questions and I told him that I was interested in test driving some vehicles.  He fortunately put me into contact with Carlos Rodriguez.  This guy has been working for the company for 3 months but he is already a VIP in my book.  He has a great down to earth personality, helpful, and also very informative.  He was very easy to talk to and never felt pushy.  I really felt like he was working hard for me and my interests.  He listened to what I wanted and really went to bat for me.  They didn’t have the Kia Forte Hatchback that I wanted but he took me to look at a Kia Soul.  We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it.  Carlos and I went over the numbers and after a bit of negotiating we made a deal.  I was really impressed with everyone I met that day.  “Juice box” was also incredible and helped me finalize the deal promptly.  I think this was the fastest I have ever purchased a vehicle.  I wasn’t prepared to trade my car in that day so it definitely wasn’t cleaned out.  Carlos was incredibly patient while I moved my stuff out of my old car to my new car.  He gave me his number and told me to call if I ever needed anything.  I drove off with a huge smile on my face thinking I would never have to call him again.  Then a couple days later I realized that I left my work parking passes in my old vehicle.  I texted Carlos and he told me once he got to work he would look for them.  He not only found them but also drove them to my house and dropped them off.  I’m just completely impressed that he went so out of his way for me.  So, If you want to buy a car I not only recommend Kia but also highly recommend that you ask for Carlos Rodriguez.  Incredible customer service!!!  Thanks Carlos.

Got my 2024 Forte GT Line from Towbin Kia and I love it so far. My sales guy was Carlos and manager Sid helped. They did a great job talking me into it after I realized there was a difference between GT and GT Line lol. Supervisor Rahmeen was also great in solving some miscommunications and ultimately I left happy. I give them all 10s
