Outstanding experience with Mitsubishi Springfield at reading. The salesman was very knowledgeable, the finance manager was very helpful in getting the best deal. They were great to work with, talk to, we even had moments where we were talking music for sometime and forgetting paper work! Lol. These guys were awesome, not once did I feel rushed or extremely pressured into buying a vehicle. They explained so much to me about the good deals, what’s worth it and what’s not. They took good care of me. If I had to say something in behalf of Mitsubishi Springfield in reading to say, it’s that if you don’t have a Mitsubishi vehicle, then I recommend you get one!!!! Purchased a vehicle on my birthday this past August 2nd and I worked with Kevin SouthWood, my experience was absolutely wonderful and Kevin handled everything perfectly, definitely would recommend people to work with Kevin. It was my first time buying a vehicle and he answered all my questions wonderfully and I left with the knowledge and security that I made a good choice in where I purchased my first vehicle. And on top of that I got to leave with a wonderful vehicle that I am excited to own thanks to Kevin! The purchase was smooth. An even tho I was a little unprepared due to my own error Kevin was patient while I figured out the documents that I needed. All in all my experience was wonderful and I will return when I eventually get another vehicle.
