Outstanding experience with Mitsubishi Springfield at reading. The salesman was very knowledgeable, the finance manager was very helpful in getting the best deal. They were great to work with, talk to, we even had moments where we were talking music for sometime and forgetting paper work!  Lol. These guys were awesome, not once did I feel rushed or extremely pressured into buying a vehicle. They explained so much to me about the good deals, what’s worth it and what’s not. They took good care of me.

If I had to say something in behalf of Mitsubishi Springfield in reading to say, it’s that if you don’t have a Mitsubishi vehicle, then I recommend you get one!!!! I had an amazing experience at Springfield Mitsubishi!  My sales consultant Sonia Rivera was fantastic, super friendly, and extremely professional.  I came in wanting a car off the lot the same day,  she and Tyler made it happen.  They worked with me until I was satisfied with the payments and I was completely satisfied and left smiling at the end.  When we found a small chip in the windshield they said that they would fix it at no cost to me and they made my car shine with the detailing they did afterward which just made me feel like they really cared about my satisfaction with my vehicle.
