This review is specifically for AV, our salesman who guided my husband and I to our 'new to us' 2019 Chevy Suburban. AV acknowledged us within the first minute we pulled into the dealership. He took detailed notes of what we wanted and what our necessities / prerequisites were. AV was able to relate to our needs as a family of 6 and that alone, greatly helped our experience. After an hour or so, we had to leave the dealership due to other obligations but AV was understanding and patient. I was able to return Saturday night to complete our purchase of our new Suburban. Since then, AV has called to check on us and to make sure we were still satisfied with his service. We will come see AV for every vehicle purchase in the future. Thank you AV! We appreciate you!
I had the best experience I have ever had. Maria, although I gave her a hard time at first, stayed calm and helped me get into a better car than I thought I could get. I will recommend to Everyone I know. Also the fastest I have been at a car dealership ever even when I didn't buy a car. 2 hrs total from when I walked it to in the car driving off.
