As an ex-car sales guy, I appreciate that the car was PERFECT when I got there. It drove like a dream all the way home. The pricing was very fair and they didn't try to get an abusive Doc Fee past me. Joey Stracener's very well done. Best of luck to Exit 5 Auto Group. Its obvious you all take great care and pride in the facility and the cars. I was very impressed. It was worth the 7 hours of driving I did to buy the car.

Once upon a cold December I smashed into my coworker two days before Christmas. It was horrible weather outside, just slid on ice into her car. My car got the worse of it so asking around my friend suggested I go to exit5 auto . I was scared at first because I co-signed with my brother for my other car so idk if I would have to co-sign again due to my credit. I’m not a car shopper but more of a shoe shopper so I was lost when I got to exit5 to look around. Luckily James said ,”Hi”…. Usually I’m more ,” I can do it myself so don’t help me b/c I know you just want to sell a car!” Shockingly he wasn’t an aggressive car salesman , he was more relaxed and was happy to explain and actually take me to his desk and car shop with me. This was all done on a thurs/fri just on remember but he gave me a booklet of the last owners/work that has been done on the car and my credit score and past bill payments just to show me where I stand and to look over. So if I decided to look around other car places I have the information to compare. I told James I will be back Wednesday because for a used car, the mileage, the owners, the car itself has brand new tires. It was a perfect fit for me and the car was mine after James got all the paperwork ready for me to make things easier because I had to drive from exit 16 to exit5 . Yes, I traveled that far for Good Customer service and Honest reliable transportation. Also if anything is ever wrong I can just text James about my car and I can set up an appointment with the onsite shop. Best decision I ever made and I will be going back for future purchases. If you’re skeptical about car salesman don’t be at exit5. Everyone is relaxed and friendly. Thank you James !!!!!
