2023 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

By far the best dealership I have ever done business with. I have had multiple cars throughout my life. This dealership tops them all from the receptionist answering the phone, to general manager. They didn't not have to go above and beyond to get the approval for me, but that is truly what sets this dealership apart from others. throughout my years I have gone to other dealerships, and they tell you there is no way we can make this work, tell you what you can and cannot afford; that is not a trade of a good helpful sales time. At Shoreline these guys will do whatever they need to get you into the car you want and are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I had a great experience with everyone I talked to their Parts, Service, Sales all have a great attitude and that needs to be rewarded. Treating customers right is a fundamental responsibility of anyone and everyone in customer service and this dealership was able to show that without fail. There is a difference between a customer once and a customer for life. Shoreline has gained my respect and they have gained my business. When anyone asks me, I will only refer customers to Shoreline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Thanks, Guys, for everything that you all did for me. We’ve had our Tucson Limited Hybride for about 10 days. We love the vehicle we choose and the dealership played a large part in that decision! Pete, or sales agent, was informative, helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend this dealership!!

I’m very happy with my purchase this is my third Hyundai. Sam was very helpful and a great salesman. Michael and Fran were great helping me to get the numbers to where I needed them to be. Georgina in front was so kind to my toddler with giving her a Barbie to keep her occupied. Thank you to all!
