2024 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

I really appreciated the team here. I had visited Ray Skillman Chevrolet earlier that day and they just weren't real interested in selling me a car. I wanted a Yukon. As I was driving home I made a wrong turn and came across Ray Skillman Buick GMC. I was met in the parking lot with a smiling face (rain and all). I told him what price range and what vehicle I was looking for and he had keys in my hand within minutes. I'm paying slightly more than I wanted to, but, the service was remarkable. I'm glad I lost my way because I absolutely love my new Yukon XL!!! The employees were even having races with my 9 year old for pennies as I was finishing the paperwork. I like how they all seemed to work together and have fun.

Pablo was fantastic. He explained all of the features of the Buick I was interested in and he took the time to make sure my app was set up correctly. I have a follow up appointment on Friday and Pablo has already reached out to me to schedule that appointment and he has arranged a car for me to use while the special coating is applied to my new car. The great experience continued with the gentleman that walked me through my financing options. Best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership !
