I really appreciated the team here.  I had visited Ray Skillman Chevrolet earlier that day and they just weren't real interested in selling me a car.  I wanted a Yukon.  As I was driving home I made a wrong turn and came across Ray Skillman Buick GMC.  I was met in the parking lot with a smiling face (rain and all).  I told him what price range and what vehicle I was looking for and he had keys in my hand within minutes.  I'm paying slightly more than I wanted to, but, the service was remarkable.  I'm glad I lost my way because I absolutely love my new Yukon XL!!!  The employees were even having races with my 9 year old for pennies as I was finishing the paperwork.  I like how they all seemed to work together and have fun.

Pablo was fantastic.  He explained all of the features of the Buick I was interested in and he took the time to make sure my app was set up correctly.
I have a follow up appointment on Friday and Pablo has already reached out to me to schedule that appointment and he has arranged a car for me to use while the special coating is applied to my new car.
