2024 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

I just purchased a car from this location for the second time and will continue to come back in the future. Both times have been pleasant, and I never felt pressured. This time, I was helped by Jason Larsen, who very patiently helped me find the car that was just right for me. I would reccomed this dealership and Jason to anyone in the area.

I stopped by the dealership with less than an hour before closing time. My 2024 CR-V hit road debris on the way home that punctured the tire badly. I took a chance that I could drop the car off. The service advisor said sure pull the car in with maybe 20 minutes to close. I really was treated with kindness and felt reassured that I stopped at Honda. I told them to fix it when you can, I know other appointments are ahead of me. However, early the next morning, I received a call. They inspected the car already and gave me a very fair estimate to replace the tire. The 5 Star review is just for Excellent Customer Service and Follow thru. Great Service Department! Thank You!

I purchased my Honda Pilot EX-L/2012 from Polly Honda & all my regular maintenance and other repairs were done at this location. I was very happy for the quality of service and the prices for the services for over 12 years. Since the new ownership took over, I see less quality of service & the charges have gone up considerably. I have been a loyal customer for over 12-years, please take a look at this.
