Jim's motors is an incredible used car dealership that is one of those rare gems in the Phoenix area. I purchased a car from them when I was kind of desperate but only had about $10k to spend on a reliable but really nice car. Usually you can get one of those things but not both on a $10k budget! As it turns out Andy, the really awesome owner of Jim's Motors, hooked me up with a 2013 Cadillac XTS. I felt the need to put the photos of the exterior and interior on here so you can understand the types of cars he sells. I opted for the warranty on it, which covers things like oil changes, brake pads and battery replacement. I purchased that car over a year ago, and it runs as good today as when it rolled out of the showroom floor. 10 stars for Andy, Kolton and the entire Jim's Motors crew.
To be honest, my husband and I were sort of dreading purchasing a used car because we just don't really like the car-buying experience, but we were pleasantly surprised with Jim's Motors! We saw a car online and made an appointment with Scott. He was very responsive in communication, and when we arrived, he treated us well and was very genuine in our interactions. We also dealt with Andy, and both guys were awesome! They were nice, authentic and were very fair in the process. We just moved here from Tennessee, so we honestly didn't know what to expect, but Jim's Motors completely exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled to now have a nice Lexus to drive! I was not looking forward to buying a truck from a dealership as I have done it before and have not had great experiences. I saw a 2018 Ford F-150 online at Jim's and decided to check it out. I could not have been happier with the non pushy, honest service from both Andy and Kolton. I bought the truck, and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
