First, my salesman (Justin) sent me a video of the vehicle that he recorded so I could see it up close. The rest of the buying experience was very easy and stress free. They delivered the vehicle to my house about a week later. No real complaints (except, to date, I've only received one key fob, but they promised they'd get me another one), and I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
