First, my salesman (Justin) sent me a video of the vehicle that he recorded so I could see it up close. The rest of the buying experience was very easy and stress free. They delivered the vehicle to my house about a week later. No real complaints (except, to date, I've only received one key fob, but they promised they'd get me another one), and I'd definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Truly, it was a great experience and exceeded my expectations. Thanks to the staff at Johnson City Toyota for making this a stress-free experience!
