2023 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat AWD

I came back to Towbin Kia to get my green 2016 Kia appraised. I got this car back in 2020 with Nick and have enjoyed every bit of it until 2023. Unfortunately, due to the world and my neighborhood I had been experiencing break-ins and attempted thefts so I figured it was time for something new. I called into Towbin Kia and spoke to Josh M. on the phone and asked what my options are. He recommended I come in and get it appraised so I waited until Black Friday to do so. Upon arriving I asked for Josh and got acquainted with Josh Masters. I had test driven a fiat that was in my price range and desired look and features and was sold! Upon reviewing my credit I was not a suitable candidate to get that Fiat BUT that did not stop Josh and Nick from getting me into a new vehicle today. They worked with my credit and the banks to ensure the best approval and outcome while still keeping within my budget and desires. I walked out with a 2018 Jeep under 25k miles and a reasonable car payment with an exceptional appraisal price! I couldn’t believe it. From start to finish, my experience here was amazing. My first point of contact was Natalie, and she was very helpful and determined to find us (my wife and I) the right car. She then set me up with bryan and promised I was in great hands. Well, she was right, Bryan was so knowledgeable on the car we got and explained to us how the financing and trading worked ( I was trading in my old vehicle). in the most simple way We had great conversations while waiting for financing to go through no awkward sitting around, and the whole process was quick given that it was the day after Christmas.
