2018 RAM 1500 Express Quad Cab 6'4

My experience at Ed Martin Toyota was exceptional. I was sentimentally hanging on to my past car and had not purchased a vehicle in 18 years. It was almost like I was totally new to the process. We worked with Michael Ball and had an excellent experience. He was attentive but not pushy. I never felt rushed but he kept the process moving. I was a bit anxious when I went in because a family member sold me my last car, but Michael was kind, personable and clearly had expertise that helped me feel confident in my decision. The dealership itself is very clean and bright with plenty of amenities. I'm very happy with my purchase and am enjoying the new to me 4Runner immensely. Can't wait to take it on a road trip! Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Jay, who worked hard to meet all our expectations and ultimately got us the car that worked best for our family! Our finance person was Sam who was able to help us navigate the car buying process WITH two toddlers running around his office ( 10/10 do not recommended bringing kids to buy a new car…). Sam and Jay answered all of our questions, were very welcoming, and made us feel confident in our purchase.
