2015 RAM 1500 Tradesman 4x4 Quad Cab

They have been doing a lot to make this place great! I chose to stay here over anywhere else in the area (including 12 tribes) because of the location, service, and the amenities. 1. The bacon for breakfast… HECK YEAH! I loved this change. The breakfast staff are always super friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work. 2. The rooms look awesome and have been improving over the last few years! 3. The front staff are great! Here’s what I would love to see next: 1. When I stay at Hilton’s their regular guests get a snack bag, this would be awesome and would build more loyalty! 2. Improved showers and beds (overall). With how often I stay in hotels I experience all levels of quality. Currently it is standard for most hotels, but these two things I find better at casinos and I think if these two things were fixed I’d never want to leave!

The hotel is clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Most impressive was the consistent customer service of everyone of the staff from the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining room. Everyone was attentive, friendly, smiling, and helpful. I was especially impressed with Michael in the dining room - wow! Also, Heather at the front desk was outstanding with her friendliness, customer service, and skills. I'll definitely stay here again anytime I'm in Omak! Thank you, BW Plus Peppertree Inn at Omak - a 5 star experience!

We had a fist floor room which was really spacious and had like 12 foot ceilings which made the room not stuffy. We were two adults and two kids in a double queen. The extra room with a small love seat was much needed for our kids to play. We enjoyed our stay but on the busy weekend check in and breakfast could have been a tiny bit better but overall we really enjoyed our stay!
