Update/edit: Manager Brandon pulled me aside the next day and was able to sit down with me and discuss my encounter. He assured me Randy would be talked to and that Heinrich customers will always be treated respectfully no matter the circumstances. As a regular customer, I firmly believe Brandon as this has been my only poor experience in the long-standing of my service with them. I felt valued and listened to and appreciated someone reaching out to me so quickly to resolve the wrongs committed. I will continue bringing my services as I truly do appreciate their typical hard work and respect. Original: I've been a loyal customer to Heinrich for the duration of owning my Jeep. Any sort of tune ups or inspections, I go here. I know many of the employees by name, have friends who are mechanics, and used to be neighbors with Heinrich. I always had a good experience whether I had an appointment or not and was treated with the utmost friendliness. However, today was a different story. I texted my buddy if he could fit me in and he said absolutely, pull up. I did so and checked in with Randy. He seemed in a bad mood but I didn't mind, everyone's job can be tough. He took my information and I let him know I was there to see Sam. He said for what and I informed him I just needed a quick tire patch job. Randy informed me there was NO WAY I could get in without an appointment today. This frustrated me as I knew he absolutely could've but I said whatever when can you fit me in. He informed me he had spots tomorrow with a mechanic and I requested my buddy's time slot instead of a random mechanic. Randy asked if 10:30 worked and I said absolutely. He took all my info even though it's already in the system since I'm a regular but it was fine. Then he informed me I had an appointment with Leon at 10:30, not Sam. I walked away in disbelief. This is the first time I've ever encountered such horrible service here and I would highly recommend avoiding Randy as he is a poor service rep, is unable to listen to simple requests, poor customer interaction, and does not seem to enjoy his job. I typically enjoy bringing my service here but this experience certainly has made me reconsider.
