My name is Brian. I purchased a car on 4/10/24. The wonderful young lady who helped me name Morelia made my 2nd experience at Hampstead Preowned very comfortable. As soon as I walked in the door she quickly greeted me with a warm smile and offered to assist me and make the experience as seamless as possible. We had fun laughing while she was trying to not only understand my needs but meet my needs in the type of car I wanted. She helped from the time I test drove and chose the car I wanted to purchase until the last of the paperwork was signed. Any concerns I had she made sure to address them and explain. She even followed up through the day to make sure my car was delivered. Great people and great experience. She will always be recommended while also referring Hampstead PreOwned!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Hampstead Pre-Owned. We drove an hour on Saturday eve and the place was packed with customers (good sign?). Although it was busy our Salesman, Allen took the time to acknowledge our presence and assist us. Bernard, the Sales Manager was also helpful in assisting b/c it was super busy. Essentially, everyone greeted us with a smile and offered to assist. Even though our windshield needed to be replaced due to a small crack, Allen arranged for it to be fixed at our location to avoid driving back. We are super pleased with our 2021 Corolla and the exemplary service we received. Hope from Customer Relations has even called to ensure we were happy with the process. BIG Kudos to entire team!! Definitely will be apart of the Repeat Customers Club ????

The only place who didn’t lie when they said I would get approved and I did . We weren’t there that long either . Morelia made the process smooth and easy . She could sense I was on edge so she made me feel at ease with the process especially since this is the first time I’ve brought a car at a dealership. The finance manager was extremely clear and didn’t tell me any falsified information and I appreciate that . He spoke to me in terms I understood which made it easier for me to sign everything . The service department also gave me a new windshield and balanced my tires . They took their time with my car . I’m happy now that I have a reliable car with low miles .
