Customer service is huge for me with any purchase, especially when it comes to a larger purchase and they have delivered every time. This staff is experienced, highly knowledgeable, no-pressure and caring. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee almost a year ago, that has not had one issue, but had a lot of bells & whistles I wasn't used too. Each time I've had questions, they've taken the time to explain on the phone and even demonstrated in person for me how something worked. Last week, it was time for a new battery. It took one phone call for them to get it and install it the same day (and at half the price of Triple AAA) This is not my first rodeo by a long shot, but definitely my best. I bought a Dodge Ram back in Dec 2020. I noticed the tire pressure light was on and he hooked me up with a local mechanic. All four tires had missing sensors. The problem was fixed with no money out of my pocket. Great people, and the finance they used was the same bank I have, So it was super easy. Well definitely go back.
