There are not enough words that I could write to adequately describe Executive Automotive and Kyle. My daughter searched for a very particular Jeep Grand Cherokee for months and finally found one with all the features she wanted. Kyle was patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and went above and beyond at every decision. From all of the questions answered because she is an out of state buyer, the FaceTime calls to look at the vehicle inside and out, to guidance after the sale. Kyle is the epitome of a great man. My daughter never knew he was the owner until the end of one of their calls when he said "this is my personal number so if you have any questions please reach out to me, and I am also the owner." This was my daughter's first experience doing this totally on her own with minimal help from her parent, and Kyle showed her how car buying should be. I have no doubt that for the remainder of her car buying years she will compare every interaction to her interaction with Kyle, because he has set the standard of what kindness and service is. I am forever grateful. We would buy from him, whether by driving to him or having the vehicle shipped, 10 times over without hesitation. Thank you Kyle.
