There are not enough words that I could write to adequately describe Executive Automotive and Kyle. My daughter searched for a very particular Jeep Grand Cherokee for months and finally found one with all the features she wanted. Kyle was patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and went above and beyond at every decision. From all of the questions answered because she is an out of state buyer, the FaceTime calls to look at the vehicle inside and out, to guidance after the sale. Kyle is the epitome of a great man. I have no doubt that for the remainder of her car buying years she will compare every interaction to her interaction with Kyle, because he has set the standard of what kindness and service is. We bought a 2007 Dodge Ram from Kyle. Bought it over the phone on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. I told Kyle, that we were selling our 2022 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Rubicon with 3200 miles.
