2015 Ford Taurus

I recently purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from Derik! He was a very kind man. He worked hard to help us get squared away. Very honest and upfront about all the vehicles we looked at, while on the lot. We had one concern about the tires on the van, and Derik didn’t hesitate at all, to work out an arrangement to help us with new tires. He was so patient with us (and our three young kids) while we tried to navigate through the loan process. I have also spoken with Donna and Donnie (I hope I’m remembering his name right!) in the past week, at the office. Everyone has been so helpful and kind! Very happy with my experience at Downtown Motors!

I can’t say enough about our experience. The ladies Dawn and Ms. Donna were amazing. We had a little bumpy road a few days after we purchased our vehicle with a mechanical issue. Dawn went above and beyond along with the owner and made sure myself and husband were taken care of and got it fixed. I have dealt with many used car lots in the past and know for a fact they would not have been as kind and understanding as Downtown Motors. Great job! And thank you again Dawn and crew.

Been meaning to write this review for awhile but haven’t had a chance. I bought a 2006 Chevy Impala from them and they are such amazing people. They were open and honest about the issues the car had and fixed it for me right there on the spot. It had a water leak and needed new belts and they had no problem fixing it for me. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a used reliable car.
