What an amazing buying experience! My wife and I purchased a ‘24 Hyundai Palisade Limited on Saturday. I worked with Zack and he was awesome! I explained that I was ready to purchase the car the same day and had a specific number in mind. Zack was super responsive and was able to work with finance and then the manager to match the number that I was willing to pay in under a hour. Compared to the other local Hyundai dealer we visited this was a night and day difference. We spent a week with the other dealer, and they just played games and gave us the run around. Literally within a few hours from initial contact, my wife, kids, and I took ownership of the vehicle. So easy and seamless. Shout out to Raymond in Finance as well. He did not pressure us into buying extra packages and answered all of our questions. He also hooked us up on the extra protection that we wanted. Loved his stories too! Good guy.
