2000 Ford E-Series E-350 XLT Super Duty Extended

Buying my first car was overwhelming and very exciting! The staff at Dale James Ford made the process painless. This was the biggest purchase I've personally ever made and thankfully the sales staff was helpful, nonthreationing, and no pressure. The communication was clear and the purchasing process was simple. Scott personally helped me understand and set up my car loan. Before I left the lot, I had Ford Pass set up on my phone. I feel ready and confident in my new car! I'm glad I used this dealership! You hear rumors about car dealerships not genuine and trustworthy. That's not the case at Dale James Ford! I highly recommend this dealership!

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership, especially their service department! I bought a problematic vehicle from another dealer and after being blown off by the other dealer twice about the problems it had I decided to try another. Pete in service has treated me like a member of their family. He listened to my concerns when I showed up at his counter unannounced and frustrated. They were kind and accommodating through the whole process and even found some recalls the other dealership missed on top of the problems. I will be taking all of my vehicles back to them for service from now on!!

Wow!!! Honesty and integrity in a Car Dealership!!! I bought a new car from Dale James Ford a number of years ago and was so impressed by everything!! When you walk in the door, they immediately make you feel like family. Quite often Dale James himself will take time out of his busy day to come out and chat with you making you feel at home!! The receptionist is friendly and my salesman is so helpful and laid back giving me plenty of information and time to make my decision. No high pressure sales tactics here! The service department has always taken good care of my vehicles and were kind enough to explain everything to me when work needed to be done. I have purchased many vehicles from Dale James Ford over the years. I recently bought a used car from Dale James Ford. I was so impressed when the salesman made sure to show me everything he knew about the car from a scratch on the leather seat to some dents on the exterior. You don’t get that kind of integrity and honesty anywhere these days!! I also like that this is owned by a local family. I saw a plaque in the showroom while I was there. Dale James Ford has been in business since 1928!!!! That’s almost 100 YEARS!! They must be doing things right!
