I have always received outstanding service. Scott and Mykala are very professional and friendly, and work around my schedule, to make appointments, for my vehicle maintenance, Ford Escape and my Ford Raptor. These two individuals answer all my questions, return my phone calls, and/or locate quickly parts if needed. You are not just a number, when you go to this service department, you are a person. Another important area in their service department is you actually get a chance to talk to the technician that did the maintenance. These folks will let you know the work they did, or will recommend preventative maintenance, to help avoid major issues in the future. When talking with Klement Ford Service Department, from the Service Advisor, to the Technician, to the Parts Department, these folks TAKE THEIR TIME TO TALK TO YOU AND EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO! I highly recommend the Service Department at Klement Ford at Munster.

Took my car in for “The Works” when having my oil changed. My coupon was from a different dealership but it was accepted here. Everything done in a timely manner. Everyone is extremely nice.

Wonderful service. I was stranded far from home after hours. I called this shop the next day to let them know where I left my truck and they picked it up and fixed it within a few hours. Great job!!
